xiii, 103 hal,; 28 cm Abstract The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance Office SKPD Secretariat District Kabawo Muna District Darwin Program Management Science Graduate Program University of Halu Oleo This study aims to determine and analyze the discipline and work on the Performance Employees Office SKPD Secretariat District Kabawo Muna Regency. This research is explanatory that is to explain the variables to be studied and connecting variables that one with other variables. The population of respondents in this study 39 respondents using the techniques used are the people who use the population. Data analysis technique used in research of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that; (1). Pure work discipline is pure and significant to performance with determinant coefficient value of 0.356 (2). Motivation of work sensitive and significant to performance with value of determinant coefficient equal to 0,555.
