Leadership, Reward System and the work environment on the Performance of District
Public Hospital Employees. Wakatobi.
This study aims to explain and test empirically the influence of transactional
leadership, reward system and work environment on the performance of employees of
the district general hospital. wakatobi.
The sampling technique used in this study is by using proportional random
sampling, the number of samples used is 63 respondents. Data analysis method used
is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that transactional leadership had positive and insignificant
effect on employee performance. Reward has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect
on performance.
