Trivita Wahyuningsih Aulia (B1B1 14 102). Effect of Employee Placement and Employee Development on Performance Bank Sultra Kendari. Supervisor: Murdjani Kamaluddin and Wahyuniati Hamid.


This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of employee job placement and development on employee performance at Bank Sultra Kendari; (2) to know the effect of placement on employee performance; (3) to know the effect of placement on employee performance.
The population in this study is all employees who work in Bank Sultra Kendari as many as 54 people. Due to the limited number of population then the researchers set the number of units of the population as well as the research respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: (1) placement and development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) placement provides a positive and significant impact on employee performance; (3) development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
