KAJIAN ETNOMEDISIN TUMBUHAN OBAT TRADISIONAL SUKU MUNA DESA OE NSULI KECAMATAN KABANGKA KABUPATEN MUNA SULAWESI TENGGARA

ABSTRAK
Studi etnomedisin tumbuhan obat pada suku Muna telah dilakukan dari Bulan September sampai Februari 2019 di desa Oe Nsuli Kecamatan Kabangka, Kabupaten Muna Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai spesies dan organ tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan, cara pengolahan, cara pemberian, takaran, khasiat dan makna filosofis penggunaan tumbuhan obat oleh masyarakat suku Muna di desa Oe Nsuli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purpossive sampling melalui wawancara open-ended dengan 2 informan yang menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 31 spesies tumbuhan yang terbagi dalam 24 famili yang telah dimanfaatkan sebagai obat. Organ tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan antara lain daun, batang, akar, rimpang, herba dan biji. Cara pengolahannya yaitu direbus, dikunyah, dimemarkan, ditumbuk, diparut, dikonsumsi secara langsung, diperas, direndam dan diembunkan. Makna filosofis yang terkandung pada penggunaan obat tradisional masyarakat suku Muna didesa Oe Nsuli terkait erat dengan nilai filosofis spiritual yang dianut oleh masyarakat suku Muna sebagai penganut agama Islam yang bercorak tasawuf dan membentuk sebagian besar budaya dalam masyarakat Muna.

ABSTRACT
Ethnomedical studies of medicinal plants in the Muna tribe have been carried out from September to February 2019 in the village of Oe Nsuli, Kabangka District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the various species and plant organs that are used, how to process, how to give, dosage, efficacy and philosophical meaning of the use of medicinal plants by the Muna tribe in the village of Oe Nsuli. This type of research is an observational descriptive study that uses qualitative methods and sampling techniques that are purposive sampling through open-ended interviews with 2 informants who used interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study found 31 species of plants which were divided into 24 families that had been used as medicine. Plant organs that are used include leaves, stems, roots, rhizome, herbs and seeds. The processing method is boiled, chewed, crushed, crushed, grated, consumed directly, squeezed, soaked and condensed. The philosophical meaning contained in the use of traditional medicine for the Muna people in the village of Oe Nsuli is closely related to the spiritual philosophical values embraced by the Muna people as Sufism-style followers of Islam and form a large part of the culture in Muna society.
