Abstract

Binary Logistic Regression Analysis is a method for knowing the relationship between response variables that are binary or dichotomic with explanatory variables that are continuous or categorical. The problem in this study is what are the factors that influence customer interest and how the general model of binary logistic regression of customer interest is at the KJB Kendari online shop center. This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer interest in the KJB Kendari online shop center. The method used in this study is Binary Logistic Regression Analysis.
The factors that have a chance to have a significant influence on customer interest in the KJB Kendari online shop are Price (X1), Trust (X2) and Security (X3) variables. But the most dominant one has the greatest influence, namely the security variable with an Odds Ratio of 2,89. 
The binary logistic regression model that is formed is as follows:
