The purpose of this study is to find out whetherTeachers Difficulties In Implementing The Assessment Of English In The Curriculum 2013. Researcher focused on implementing the assessment with 2 teachers as the subject who teaches English by using curriculum 2013 in SMAN 2 Raha. This study employed qualitative design. The data collected by using semi-structured interview and analyzed by descriptively. Data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman models consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this study showes that the teacher has not fullyunderstood the authentic assessmentof the 2013 curriculum. This wascaused the teachers understand the principles of authentic assessment but they were still very weak in making instruments to assess attitudes and how to assess attitudes. In the application of the 2013 curriculum especially in authentic assessment, based on the result of teacher creativity research was still low. The big problem faced by the teacher in implementing authentic assessment in curriculum 2013 was availability of time. Availability of the time was not able to reach the implementation of assessment with all competencies.
