ABSTRACT

Muh. Rahmatullah (C1B1 14 110), Implementation Assistance Program Governmental Housing Stimulants (BSPS) studies at Langara Iwawo Village West Wawonii Konawe District of Islands, under the guidance of Dr. Jamaluddin Hos, M.Si, as a mentor I and Bakri Yusuf, S. Sos, M.Si as a mentor II.
This study aims, first, to determine Implementation Assistance Program Stimulant Housing Governmental / BSPs studies in the village of Langara Iwawo District of Wawonii West Konawe Islands, secondly, to Knowing Community's Participation in the Program Implementation Assistance Stimulants Housing Governmental / BSPs, studies in the village of Langara Iwawo District of Wawonii West Konawe islands.
This study is a qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative implementation of programs within their procedures Konawe BSPs in the Isles.
The results showed that; First, the implementation of self-help housing assistance program stimulant / BSPS in actual experience, namely; 1. The occurrence of miscommunication between the parties channeling goods / store building with TFL, because the number of games in the program by the management BSPs, resulting in misunderstandings between the receiver kesala premises TFL aid program for banhan banguna supplied does not match, 2. mismatches between agreement with reality, which nominally contained money received written dibuku savings of 15 million, but in fact received in the form of goods or materials bnagunan insufficient. Second, public participation in the implementation process self-help housing stimulant / BSPs 2016 is fully involved in the process of the banguanan.
