WA ODE AGUSTINA WATI (M1A2 14 089). Community Economic Study in the Application of Agroforestry Patterns in Mateupe Village, West Andoolo Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District under the guidance of KAHIRUNas mentor I and ARNIAWATIas counselor II.
The purpose of this study was to determine the economic income of the community in the application of agroforestry systems in Mateupe Village, West Andoolo Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District. The population in this study was the people who developed the agroforostry system in Mateupe Village, West Andoolo Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District. Based on the results of the initial survey, it was found that the number of people implementing agroforestry systems was 80 households. The number of samples in the study was determined using the Slovin formula. Analysis of the data used is the Net Present Value.
The results of this study indicate that agroforestry provides enormous benefits in increasing farmers' income by up to 88.31% by producing various kinds of products. The products produced are not only from short-term plants but also long-term plants, besides that agroforestry can bring ecological and socio-cultural benefits.
