This research aimed to understand the effect of ginger (Zingiber officinale Rocs) juice addition into drinking water on hatching weight, carcass weight, and abdominal fat of broiler chicken. This study used 64 of SR 707 broiler chickens maintained for 4 weeks fed with commercial feed of BP-11 and ginger juice given into drinking water. It used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments P0 (drinking water without the ginger juice), P1 (1% opf ginger juice), P2 (1.5%of ginger juice), and P3 (2.0% of ginger juice) with 4 replications. The variables examined were the hatching weight, carcass weight, and abdominal fat.
