ABSTRACT
IRWAN JAYA SAPUTRA (C1A114114) Study Program of Government Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Halu Oleo University, with the title "Analysis of Goverenment Electronic Application in Academic Information System Services (SIAKAD) at Halu Oleo University" Guided by Mr. Muh. Nasir as counselor I and Mrs. Asriani as mentor II.
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of E-Government in the service of academic informational systems at Halu Oleo University
This research was conducted in the area of Kendari City with the location of Halu Oleo University research. This study uses qualitative descriptive method which is supported by data in the form of tables and data obtained from interviews, direct observation and documentation. Data collection was done by purposive sampling, with data types in the form of primary data and secondary data.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-Government in academic information system services at the university Halu Oleo has been developed since and implemented since 2009 and implemented effectively in 2011 to date. From the existing pages there are more or less menus presented as service products provided by the university's halu oleo program include: class schedules, study plan cards (krs), study result cards (khs), academic calendars, exam schedules and cumulative achievement indexes, courses and courses.
