ABSTRACT
Indri Apriani (A1A3 14 044) "Village Chief's Leadership Style in Village Facilities Development in Wu'ura Village, Mowila Sub-District, South Konawe District" Supervised by Misran Safar, as advisor I and H. Samiruddin T, as mentor II.
The research aimed (1) to find out the leadership style of the village head in the development of public facilities in Wu'ura village, Mowila sub-district, Konawe Selatan district, (2) to determine the inhibiting factors of the village head's leadership style towards the development of public facilities in Wu'ura village, Mowila district, Konawe district. South.
This research was conducted in Wu'ura Village, Mowila Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District. The research is descriptive by using qualitative approach, which describes the leadership style of the village head in the construction of the Wu'ura Village facility in Mowila Sub-District, South Konawe District. Respondents in this study amounted to 1 person, namely the Village Head, while the informants in this study amounted to 15 people consisting of; Mowila Sub-district Head, Village Secretary, Chairperson of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), Chair of the LPM, Government KAUR, General KAUR, KAUR Development, Welfare KASI, Planning KASI, Indigenous Leaders, Village Imams, and All Hamlet Heads 1 to 4 Wu’ura Village.
The results showed that the leadership style in the construction of village facilities is (1) village offices, (2) farm road hardening, and (3) 300 meters drainage. not using the leadership style maximally, namely (1) Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, (2) Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and (3) Tut Wuri Handayani. Because of the inhibiting factors of the village head's leadership style in the construction of village facilities namely (1) Willingness, (2) Ability, and (3) opportunity.
but more dominating in the research field is the ability and opportunity factor of the Village Head, thus influencing the Village Chief's leadership style in carrying out the construction of Village facilities.
The concluded that the leadership style of the village head in the construction of the facilities of the Wu'ura Village in Mowila Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency has not maximally used leadership styles namely (1) Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, (2) Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, and (3) Tut Wuri Handayani. at the implementation stage which influences leadership style in development, namely (1) willingness factors, (2) ability factors and (3) opportunity factors.
