PENGARUH FORMULASI TEMULAWAK (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) PADA CAMPURAN TEH CELUP TAWAOLOHO (Spondias pinnata) DAN TEH MELATI (Jasminum officinale) TERHADAP MUTU DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN PRODUK TEH CELUP

ABSTRACT
SRI RATIA DEWI (D1C114131) [The Effect Of Temulawak Formulation (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) On Tawaoloho Dye (Spondias pinnata) and Melati Tea (Jasminum officinale) Toward The Quality and Antioxidant activity Dye Tea Product]. (Supervised by SRI WAHYUNI as supervised I and SRI REJEKI as supervisor II).
The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of formulation product organoleptic assessment against temulawak tea bag tawaoloho. Determine the antioxidant activity of the product tawaoloho with the formulation of the tea bag temulawak. This study used a Randomized Complete Design (RCD), with the addition of the formula variations formula of temulawak (Curcuma Xanthorrhiza Roxb) and tea jasmine (Jasminum Officinale). (T1 temulawak 25% and 50% jasmine tea), (T2 20% temulawak and jasmine tea 55%), addition of temulawak (T3 15% and 60%), jasmine tea (T4 temulawak 10% and 65%), jasmine tea and addition of temulawak (T5 5% and 70%), jasmine tea. The results showed that addition of temulawak T4 treatment 10% and 65% of the jasmine tea is the most preferred treatment panelists valuations with a score of Favorites against the color 3.78 (like),a sense of 3.83 (like), the scent of 3.65 (like ) and the power received 5.92 (really like) as well as the highest antioxidant activity with IC50 value of 14.42 ppm (very strong) and the tests indicates phytochemicals tea bag tawaoloho positive products contains Flavonoids, Catechins, tannins, alkaloids and curcumin and based on organoleptic assessment can be accepted by panelist.
