The problem in this research is whether there is influence between the creativity of teachers teaching with learning achievement in accounting class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kendari?. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of teachers ' teaching creativity between achievement learning accounting grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kendari.
The population of this research is the entire class XI students majoring in accounting SMK Negeri 1 Kendari 2017/2018 school year which amounted to 163 people and the research sample amounted to 62 people. This research is a type of quantitative research, the instrument used in this study i.e. the form of the now with likert scale. Testing instrument using the test validity and reliability. Analytical techniques used in this study are: (1) test the normality of data that is used to determine whether the data examined came from a Gaussian population or not and to know the linearity of both variables, (2) test the hypothesis by using simple linear regression test.
The results of this research show that there are positive influences between the creativity of teachers teaching with learning achievement in accounting class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Kendari. It can be seen from the determination coefficient (r2) is 0.112 means 11.2% achievement learning accounting students is determined by the creativity of teaching teachers.
