Influence Of Transformational Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication And Work Motivation On Teacher Performance At Junior High School of Entire Country Tiworo South West Muna District

The purpose of this study is to test and explain the style of leadership transformation, interpersonal communication and work motivation on the performance of teachers in the State Junior High School of all subdistricts tiworo south, West Muna district. Approach this research is a survey with design "explanatory research". "cross-section using the instrument in the form of Questionnaire.The population of this research is all teachers who have become Civil Servants (PNS) at State Junior High School of all sub district Tiworo Selatan district West Muna.
The results showed that the tranformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then partial interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Good work motivation proved to give positive and significant influence to the improvement of teacher performance. Finally, tranformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and work motivation have significant effect simultaneously on teacher performance. Thus it can be concluded that changes in the transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and work motivation are reflected through the principal's charismatic, the existence of interpersonal communication reciprocity and the fulfillment of the needs of affiliation or social relations have a positive and significant contribution to the improvement of teacher performance.
