This research aims to. Based on the results of statistical calculations, shows that the relationship between Leadership and performance is significant with T-statistics of 6726 (> 1.96), the value of the original sample estimate is positive which is equal to 0.511 indicating that the direction of the relationship between leadership and performance is positive. Thus, hypothesis H1 of this study indicates that leadership has a significant effect on performance. Similarly, the relationship between labor discipline and performance is significant with T statistics of 5.693 (> 1.96), the value of the original sample is positive, or 0.469, indicating that the direction of the relationship between leadership and performance is positive. Thus, the H2 hypothesis in this study indicates that labor discipline has a significant effect on performance.
