<note>This research aims to. To learn and analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of the staff of the Family Planning Family Planning Office for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of West Muna Regency, and to know and analyze the effect of the discipline of the work on the Office of Empowerment and Child Protection. District of West Muna. The type of data used in this search, that is primary data. The population consists of 70 respondents and the saturated sampling technique that is the entire population to be a sample (census) analysis tool using quantitative descriptive analysis.
						
Based on the results of statistical calculations, shows that the relationship between Leadership and performance is significant with T-statistics of 6726 (&#62; 1.96), the value of the original sample estimate is positive which is equal to 0.511 indicating that the direction of the relationship between leadership and performance is positive. Thus, hypothesis H1 of this study indicates that leadership has a significant effect on performance. Similarly, the relationship between labor discipline and performance is significant with T statistics of 5.693 (&#62; 1.96), the value of the original sample is positive, or 0.469, indicating that the direction of the relationship between leadership and performance is positive. Thus, the H2 hypothesis in this study indicates that labor discipline has a significant effect on performance.</note>
