Foreigner students who experienced culture shock being in a uncomfortable either physically or emotional.Foreigner students will prepare themselves to meet with orang-orang new, to reap success in the neighborhoods new.The formulation of issue in this study of how the communication dynamics in adapting culture shock the students foreigner in UKM Laskar Sastra FKIP UHO.The purpose of this research that is to know communication dynamics in adapting culture shock the students foreigner in UKM Laskar Sastra FKIP UHO.

Informants interviewed in this study were 6 person who is a member of UKM Laskar Sastra foreigner are students and to the current. Analysis techniques the data used the research is descriptive qualitative and data collection method used in this study the observation, interview, the literature study and documentation.

Communication dynamics occurring in foreigner students in adapting culture shock in the process of literature the verbal they have own or innate from the hometown their own , with the provisions that what they gave or say it is still in language understandable everyone that absence of the sense of offense what happened between each other, meanwhile the process non verbally used when communicate including the process of non verbally kinesik, proksemik, and haptik. At the end of the adaptation culture that the resolution , foreigner the students in literature as a final decision by the process of adapting choose fight and full participation. Fight the situation where someone who enters the new culture and actually feel uncomfortable but decided to stay afloat. Full participation the situation where somebody began to feel comfortable with the environment and culture new, and had no call discomfort.
