Novita Sari (C1A1 14 137) "Implementation of Village counseling Policy in Village Development Implementation (Case Study in Sub Benua Village of Benua Sub-District of South Konawe) ". Guided by Asriani as Supervisor I and Muh. Yusuf as Supervisor II.

This study aims to find out how Implementation of Village Assistance Policy In Implementation of Village Development, To know the factors that influence the implementation of the policy of village escort in village development in Benua Village Subdistrict of Benua Regency of South Konawe. To find out the execution of village development in Benua Village, Benua Sub-district, South Konawe Regency.

This research was conducted in Benua Village, Benua Subdistrict, Subdistrict of Regency of South Konawe. this research is a research with qualitative approach where data collected by interview, observation, literature study and documentation. The informants in this study were Head of Benua Village, Head of BPD, Head of Dusun Desa Benua, Village Assistant, Dan 2 Village Community, used in this research is qualitative analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Village Assistance Policy in the Implementation of Development in Benua Village Benua Sub-district has been done by the government of Benua Village to walk effectively to be seen from the Current Development but Not yet maximal. This is indicated by the not yet Maximum of all Program of Physical and Non-Physical Development Planning Activities.
