ABSTRACT
RISKA RIVAI, B1B114097. Bread Quality Review At Buana Bakery Kendari. Thesis, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Halu Oleo. Guided by: (1) Hj. Patwayati and (2) H. Muh. Taufik.
This study aims to determine the quality of Buana Bakery Kendari’s bread. Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method by reviewing the quality of the product.
Collecting data or information is done through field observation and depth interview to 3 informants, they are owner of Buana Bakery Kendari and employees of production department which the result will be documented.
Based on the results of research show that Quality of Buana Bakery Kendari’s bread is accordance with dimensions of product quality measurement. But in the production process there are still constraints.
