Guided by (1) SudirmanZaid and (2) EliyantiAgusMokodompit. This study aims to explain the condition of supply chain management of cocoa beans at PT. Sulawesi Central Commodity of Kolaka District. Informants in this study as many as 5 informants consisting of the branch leadership of PT. Sulawesi Central Commodity, head of PT. Sulawesi Central Commodity, head of warehouse of PT. Sulawesi Central Commodity, 1 cocoa collector and 1 cocoa farmer. The research dimension used are flow of supply chain material, supply chain money flow and supply chain information flow. Data collection was obtained by interview and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research are descriptive and interactive analysis with qualitative approach. The results show that material flow, money flow and information flow that occurs in the supply chain of cocoa beans PT. Sulawesi Central Commodity are well integrated.
