The purpose of this study isfor know the effect of interaction between the mixturean organic fertilizer (N, P, K) d ith the addition of organic fertilizer on plant growth upland rice local and for determine the effect of a mixture of inorganic fertilizer (N, P, K) with the addition of organic fertilizer on plant growth of upland rice local and for know which treatment that gives a better effect the growth of rice plants upland local.This research was conducted in Field Laboratory and Laboratory of Agrotechnology Department of Agronomy Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Halu Oleo Kendari.This research will be carried out in month apriluntil July 2015.The study was prepared based on Group Random Design (RAK) arranged in Spit Plot.The main plot is a fertilizer that consists of four levels ie P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (N, P, K), P2 (N, P, K + Manure) P3 (N, P, K + Bokhasi Kirinyu) and subplots were genotype consisting of two levels ie Lapodidi (G1), and Tenangge (G2).From the two factor, 8 treatment combinations were repeated ask three times so that there were 24 experimental units.The results of the observations were analyzed using variance and dilanjutka n with the smallest real difference test ( BNT ).The results showed thatp emupukan Independently of his very influential ta on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and the relative growth rate.whereas some genotypes independently have signify cant effect on plant size (cm), leaf area (cm) and leaf area index andno significant effect on the number of tillers (clumps) and relative growth rate.and the interaction between fertilization and genotype have no significant effect on plant height (cm) of leaf area (cm), number of tillers (clump), relative growth rate and significant effect on leaf number (clump -1).
