The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect fiscal stress in Kendari City. This type of file uses secondary file with 2001-2016 observation period. Methods of file collection using documentation method. File analysis used multiple regression analysis with Eviews 8.0 program.
The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the variable of growth Local Original Income, Employee Expenditure, Capital Expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Product, simultaneously have a significant influence on fiscal stress in Kendari City. In partial variable of growth Original Revenue, Capital Expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Product have a significant influence to fiscal stress. While the growth of Employee Expenditures influential significant to fiscal stress in Kendari City.
